Drinking water is from a 200' drilled well that is tested at least monthly and has always been found safe to drink. It is the same water we drink in the lodge, however you may choose to bring your own water supply if you wish.

Children 11 years old and under stay free, except in winter. Meals for children 11 years old and younger are $20 a day instead of $40 a day. Children 12 and over are considered "adults" as far as rates and pricing are concerned.

Pets are welcome, however “Pet Rules” apply, plus there is an extra charge of $5 a day if they are "kenneled" inside, otherwise $10 a day each.

Pets must always be on a leash when outside; you must “pick up” after them; They are not allowed on furniture or bedding,

Comfortable Housekeeping Cabins plus relaxing Vacations on Lake of the Woods

Each housekeeping cottage has a private deck, picnic table and lakeview of Lake of the Woods.

Surroundings are relaxing, great for family gatherings and bonfires too.

Each cottage has a firepit and wood for one bonfire a night. You may choose to purchase wood if you would like a campfire during the day also.

We choose to have reasonable and affordable rates. Please see our rates below for cabin prices.

Cabin 5 is warm with LP propane wall mount heaters.

Cabin 5 has a wall mounted propane heater as well as electric heat. It is winterized which allows for running water, toilet and shower for the winter months also. This warm and roomy cabin makes for great accommodations for ice fishing and snowmobiling. Rent by itself or with a heated ice shack. Please see rates under our ice fishing section.

The cabins are arranged so that they are private with surrounding trees, yet have lakeview from each of their own decks.

All our 6 Cabins will be resided with wood log siding on the exteriors as well as tongue & groove pine in the interiors.

Cabin 1 is closest to the road and has the best lakeview.

See Lake of the Woods from your deck or from your picture window of your housekeeping cabin.

The children's playground is also easy to see to watch your kids play.

CABIN #1
20' x 24', 480 sq.ft., 2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4-7 people:

1 double & 1 twin bed in one bedroom; 2 twin beds in the other bedroom; 1 double hide-a-bed in the front room

The exterior is log sided, all new windows, new doors, front room interior done in pine, indoor toilets, showers, refridgerator with freezer, stove, TV, satellite, air conditioning, oak cupboards, microwave, electric & stove top coffee makers, toaster, pots & pans & frying pans, dishes, cutlery, electric heaters, LP Propane BBQ, decks, deck chairs, fire pits, picnic tables, bedding, pillows, linens & towels. We also provide hand soap and dish detergent, Salt & Pepper. Wood for one bonfire a night will be provided at no extra charge. Extra wood or wood for daytime campfires in addition to a nightly bonfire will be an extra $5 a night per cabin.

Cabin 2 best cabin for handicapped access and good lakeview from the deck

1 double & 1 twin bed in one bedroom; 1 double & 1 twin bed in the other bedroom; 1 lounger & queen sized hide-a-bed couch in the front room

The exterior is log sided, 3 new windows, new doors, front room interior done in pine, indoor toilets, showers, refridgerator with freezer, stove, TV, satellite, air conditioning, microwave, electric & stove top coffee makers, toaster, pots & pans & frying pans, dishes, cutlery, electric heaters, Propane BBQ, decks, deck chairs, fire pits, picnic tables, bedding, pillows, linens & towels. 1 double bed, 1 futon couch that folds out to a double bed with has a single bed on the top bunk. And a small sofa.

The exterior will be done in log siding, new front window & door, indoor toilets, showers, refridgerator with freezer, stove, TV, satellite, air conditioning, microwave, electric & stove top coffee makers, toaster, pots & pans & frying pans, dishes, cutlery, electric heaters, Propane BBQ, decks, deck chairs, fire pits, picnic tables, bedding, pillows, linens & towels.
