Camping or RVing is always a popular adventure on Lake of the Woods in Northwestern Ontario. Campgrounds are the ideal destination for a fun-filled family vacation or fishing adventure. Great idea for wildlife enthusiasts also.
[0]RV sites are all treed for privacy yet close enough for you to visit each other: Close to the docks and boat launch tooHarris Hill Resort is pleased to offer lakeside and lakeview camping. Each site is privately treed, and has options of water and electricity. Fire pits and picnic tables are provided for each site.
For your privacy we only provide 4 RV sites, plus 2 camp sites with electric and water, plus only up to 6 tent sites. We can accommodate more tenters or campers if there is a large party wishing to come in all together.
[0]RV sites all have lake view, picnic tables, firepits for the family to enjoy on their family vacation or fishing trip.

For the camper who loves to fish, enjoy the excellent fishing [0] and numerous freshwater species on Lake of the Woods. Fish for Walleye (Pickeral), Northern Pike (Jackfish), Smallmouth Bass, Perch, Crappie (Panfish), Sturgeon or Muskie (Musky, Muskelunge). Even Trout can be found farther North of our resort.
Boat and motor rentals [0] are available, as well as fishing guides, fishing licenses and bait. We have live minnows all year long usually, plus worms (night crawlers) and leeches in the summer. Please check under "Boats & Marina" [0] for boat and canoe rental pricing.
Whatever your wish is for a wonderful holiday or vacation, make your dreams come true while watching the stars and the astounding sunsets on the shores of Lake of the Woods. Park your RV or pitch a tent and enjoy the company of family and friends at your campsite. Go RVing! Children's Playground [0] : fort with swings, slide, ladder, climbing bars, fireman's rope, climbing net Our resort offers a number of enjoyable activities to participate in. We have a playground and play structure for children featuring swings, slide, fort, and sandbox with toys. Harris Hill Resort also has a 12' enclosed trampoline in the playground area. Children and adults can join in a game of horseshoes, croquet, lawn darts, badminton, or board games. There are hiking trails as well as nature trails nearby, wildlife viewing and photography, plus nearby sand islands to explore and swim off the spectacular sand beaches. We have outdoor toilets, but no showers house. You may use your showers, We have no sewer hook-ups, however we have a "dump cart" that may be used. Relaxing at the bonfire in one of the RV sites at Harris Hill Resort on Lake of the Woods. RV Sites and Camp Sites all have firepits supplied. Although we provide firepits, your wood for your bonfires is not free. We will provide wood for one bonfire a night for a stay of 7 days or more. Extra wood, or wood for daytime campfires, or wood for a nightly bonfire if your stay is less than 7 days will be an extra $10 a night per site. Campers are easy to tow and comfortable for a short vacation. Always a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. Lakeside tenting and have some fun and enjoy your privacy in the great outdoors. Tenting is always an affordable favorite, especially for the younger people. Come out and enjoy the great outdoors. Tenters can also enjoy the luxury of water and electricity on site too. For an extra $6 a night/day, it's worth having at your camp site. Check our "specials" [0] section for possible additional savings We offer quality service, great hospitality, affordable rates and a great boat launch. We also offer Massage Therapy and reflexology in the lodge. A minimum 25% deposit is required to reserve your RV or camping spot. As we have only a limited number of RV and Camp spots, Shorter stays of less than a week must be fully paid at time of booking. Boat Launch / Lake Access Docking or Parking 4 "adults" & 1 vehicle allowed per site Parking Extra Vehicles is $7 a night/day each "Tent Site" is without electricity & water Hook-up.
