Passport to enter USA temporary alternative

Effective June 1 Passports to enter the USA became a requirement.  There is a temporary "leeway" that enables you to still cross over with a photo ID & Birth Certificate instead.  If you wish to cross and are unsure if this is still in effect, please contact the nearest USA border to inquire. Baudette USA: 1-218-634-2661; Warroad USA: 1-218-386-2796; International Falls USA: 1-218-283-2541.  Some States & Provinces have issued a "card" that is available instead of the Passport.
